The Company

Founded in 2004, Bluebuzzard is a small team of dedicated professionals with deep knowledge of the hospitality industry and extensive experience in technology.

Hotel sales teams are expected to be engaged, attentive, and increasingly detail-oriented at every touch-point throughout the sales funnel. Yet, prior to 2004, the technology available to help hotels meet and exceed the expectations of prospective clients was, oftentimes, lacking. Identifying this gap in the market, the Bluebuzzard team saw an opportunity to create a cloud-based, best-in-class hospitality platform that truly empowers sales managers to create memorable proposals with professional design, video tours, customizable templates, and so much more.

The Leadership Team

ProposalPath was introduced in 2004, when Ryan had a vision for a product that would help hotels improve results for group and catering business through a better sales presentation. Prior to co-founding Bluebuzzard, he spent 6 years with HelmsBriscoe, one of hospitality’s most recognizable conference resource firms. In a 20-year career in sales and marketing, he has also served as Sales Director for Omni Hotels and was Managing Partner of a hospitality executive search firm. Ryan currently oversees business development along with our industry partner program, and supports our company’s commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
